21 Days

of Prayer

Starting January 1, 2025

21 Days of Prayer  | Starting January 1, 2025

We build habits through purpose action, committed repetition, and community support. For many of us, building a habit takes approximately 21 days. At the beginning of this year, we invite you to join us in building and refreshing our habits and rhythms of prayer.

Our challenge: pray every day.

Choose times every day and give this space to God. Commit to pray with others - whether through a prayer group or with friendships around you. We also want to encourage our church to seek different ways to pray out - learn something new - whether this is intercessory prayer, prayer with fasting, contemplative prayer, inner healing prayer, and more.

*Included with committed prayer, we invite everyone to explore and practice the spiritual discipline of fasting. We realize this may be a new practice for some. In essence, fasting is abstaining from food or drink for set aside amount of time in order to seek to be closer with God. This could look like abstaining from abstaining from a breakfast and/or lunch, and then breaking the fast for dinner. Or, fasting the full 24 hours, so long as you're able to do this physically. Check out this fasting for beginners guide, here.
